Beyoncé Knowles teams up with Goodwill

20 11 2013

American pop star Beyoncé Knowles has partnered with Goodwill Industries International to promote the organisation's job training and community based services throughout the second North American leg of her Mrs Carter Show World Tour in December.

Through the #BeyGOOD initiative, ticket holders are encouraged to donate goods to be sold in the communities where they were collected, with revenue benefiting Goodwill's employment programmes. Knowles's previous collaboration with the organisation this summer saw around 14 tons of donated clothes and goods, and she commented 'I am excited to team up once again with Goodwill in supporting their efforts in finding and creating jobs for families in need'.
